The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a
large double bedroom with en-suite, and 2 twin bedrooms. On the
first floor is the master bedroom, with balcony allowing views over
the pine wood and countryside beyond, and a further large bedroom
with 2 bunk beds and also with a balcony. An additional camp bed can
be provided if necessary, whilst a cot, travel cot and 2 highchairs
are also available.

television, dvd player and cd player. 3 sets of French doors open
out to the rear terrace, with shaded pine woodland beyond.
Kitchen
Large well-equipped kitchen/dining room with 5-ring Smeg stainless
steel gas hob set in the corian work surface, 2 Neff electric ovens,
large American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and
toaster. The dining table seats 12 people.
Utility Room
With washing machine, toilet and washbasin.
Cleaning & Linen
Towels and linen are included and these are changed on a weekly
basis when the property is cleaned. Additional maid service is
available on request at an agreed price to be paid locally.
Outside
Situated within extensive grounds with its own olive and fruit trees
A small pine wood provides welcome shade and adjoins the rear
terrace, whilst an irrigated lawn area beside the pool is ideal for
relaxing or children’s play. Steps from the front terrace lead to
the pretty ‘gaea’ (circular terrace previously used for corn
threshing). The 2 terraces are ideal for al fresco dining either in
the shade or in the sun. Outside dining furniture and barbeque. The
12 x 6 metre swimming pool has a surrounding terrace with
sunloungers and this area is fenced and gated for safety.
Distances
The villa is located just a 15 minute walk from the popular town of
Alberobello, whilst Martina Franca and Locorotondo can be reached
within a short 10 minute drive. Just slightly further you will find
Cisternino and Ostuni, whilst beaches on the Adriatic and Ionian
coastlines can be reached in 30-45 minutes. The property is less
than an hours drive from the airports at both Bari and Brindisi.

Damage
Deposit
On arrival a deposit of 300 Euro will be requested against potential damage
caused to the property during your stay. This deposit will be returned to
you in full at the end of your holiday should no such damages have occurred.
Booking Notes
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is payable within 2 weeks of
booking being made, the remaining 70% to be paid at least 28 days prior to
holiday commencement.If booking is
made 28 days or less from holiday date the full holiday cost is payable
immediately.
