Bedrooms

The master bedroom in the farmhouse has a walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite with Jacuzzi shower. There is a first floor double bedroom, accessed by its own staircase from the courtyard, also with en-suite and a large balcony area with marvellous views of the surrounding landscape and Ceglie Messapica in the distance. The 3rd reception room in the farmhouse has a comfortable sofabed. 3 further bedrooms can be found in the separate lamie (formerly the stables), all with vaulted ceilings. A double bedroom and single bedroom share one bathroom whilst a further double bedroom has its own en-suite facilities. An anteroom can be used as an extra bedroom for a child if required

Bathroom

Large en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom with Jacuzzi shower. The first floor bedroom also has en-suite facilities, whilst there are 2 further bathrooms in the stables, one being en-suite 

Living Rooms

There are 3 living rooms in the trulli part of the main farmhouse. The first sitting room has inset stone bookshelves and a coffee table, whilst the second has a 32 inch flat screen television with access to all the main Sky satellite channels, and a DVD player. This room has a wonderful alcove seating benches covered with cushions. The third living room has a comfortable sofabed and another television and DVD player, and is an ideal room to be used as a playroom for children 

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen/dining room with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The oak dining table will seat 10 when fully extended, and there is also an open fireplace. 

Outside

The buildings cluster around a beautiful stone courtyard, which is surrounded by flowers, fruit and olive trees. The courtyard resembles an outside living room area with a traditional wood oven and a charcoal grill. Leading from the courtyard to the garden is a jasmine covered pergola with a stunning stone table, from which diners can enjoy a wonderful view of the grounds. These are bordered by old dry stone walls. There is also 12 x 7metre swimming pool, which for the safety of children can be gated off. The pool has its own toilet facilities.
In total the grounds extend to 15,000 sqm, with dozens of olive trees, meaning there is peace and quiet for everyone even when the property is fully occupied. The approach to this special property is impressive and beautiful, whether set against a bright blue sky or fully illuminated at night. There is a private gated car park set away from view of the trullo.
 

Distances

Trullo Sessana is situated in a quiet countryside location between the towns of Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica, both just 5km distant. Just slightly further are the towns of Cisternino (12km) and Martina Franca (19km). In less than a 45 minute drive from the property you can find beaches, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, golf, tennis, a sports centre and Zoosafari. The property is about a 40 minute drive from the airport at Brindisi.
