The master bedroom is set beneath a natural stone cone, with en-suite bathroom, and arched glazed doors opening onto the front patio area and providing an open view down to the Adriatic coast. The second bedroom also has a large double bed, whilst the third bedroom has bunk beds plus a further additional single bed if required.

The lounge area has a large corner sofa, glass coffee table, wall mounted flat screen television with DVD player and a selection of DVDs, open fireplace. The dining area has a glass dining table with chairs. Both areas have arched glazed double doors, which open to the front patio as well as allowing views down to the coast.

Fully equipped kitchen area with marble worksurfaces, inset gas hob with electric oven beneath, fridge/freezer and built-in dishwasher. (The washing machine is conveniently housed in a separate room at the side of the trullo).

Towels and linen are included and the property is cleaned once per week as standard. Additional maid service is available on request at an agreed price to be paid locally.

The property is located just 3km from the town of Fasano, which offers a wide range of cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The popular Zoosafari is just a 5-minute drive, whilst within 10 minutes you can reach beaches on the Adriatic coast. The towns of Locorotondo, Cisternino, Martina Franca, Ostuni and Alberobello can each be reached within a 20- minute drive, whilst the airports at both Bari and Brindisi are less than an hour away.
