Large double bedroom with a double and a single wardrobe, radiator and two double glazed windows. There is also an alcove bedroom off of the dining room with a single bed.

With shower cubicle, wash basin, bidet and wc, radiator, double glazed window and a washing machine. 

Living Rooms

The lounge area has an open fireplace, sofa, portable television and a double glazed window. There is also a dining area with table and chairs, radiator, walk-in storage room which houses the fridge/freezer, an archway which leads through to the kitchen and a double glazed door which opens out to the front patio area. 

Kitchen

With gas hob, double sink, radiator and a double glazed window. 

Outside

Trullo Figazzano is set on grounds totalling over 8000sqm, with various fruit and olive trees, and providing beautiful views over the surrounding fields and countryside. The main patio area is to the front of the trullo and has lighting, garden table, chairs and umbrella, and inset circular plant beds with palms, olive trees and shrubs. To the rear is a stone built wood/pizza oven. 

Distances

The trullo is well situated in a peaceful location in a quiet country lane, but is central to Valle d’Itria (Itria Valley) being less than 10km from the popular towns of Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Cisternino. Alberobello is less than 20km and the Adriatic coast can easily be reached within a 40 minute drive. The airports at both Bari and Brindisi are less than an hours drive.
