property sits in three acres of olive grove, with over 100 olive trees as
well as numerous other fruit and nut trees. To the front of the property is
a large patio area, ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining.
Swimming Pool
Within a two minute drive
of the property is a local private swimming pool, which is available for
guests to use at a cost of 5 Euro per person per day.
Distances
The
trulli is located at the end of a country lane yet is just 3km from the
nearest town, Ceglie Messapica. The towns of Martina Franca and Ostuni are
both less than 20km away, whilst beaches on the Adriatic coast can easily be
reached within a 30 minute drive.
Cleaning & Linen
Towels and linen are included and the property is cleaned once per week as
standard. Additional maid service is available on request at an agreed price
to be paid locally.

Notes
A deposit of 30% of the
total holiday cost is payable within 2 weeks of booking being made, the
remaining 70% to be paid at least 14 days prior to holiday commencement. If
booking is made 14 days or less from holiday date the full holiday cost is
payable immediately.
