The complex can comfortably sleep 5 guests in two double bedrooms and one single bed, however a maximum of 5 guests can be accommodated if required. The master bed in the trullo is a large built-in double bed set beneath one of the trullo cones and with carved niches and evocative lighting. A small bedroom in the trullo, finished entirely in white polished cement, has a built-in single bed and storage space. The bedroom in the white lamia has been entirely designed in hand-finished white stucco and has a large double bed under a vaulted ceiling and offers views of the pergola and swimming pool.

The trullo bathroom has a white porcelain wash basin, WC, a large shower and additional storage space, whilst the bathroom in the white lamia has a wash basin, WC and shower.

Beneath one of the white stucco cones of the trullo is a small living space in front of the original fireplace where guests can enjoy reading and relaxing. The seating in this space can be converted to a single or double bed if required. The main living area is in the separate stone built lamia, incorporating the living/dining/kitchen area, and has hand-finished stucco seating, a vaulted ceiling, open fireplace, flat screen television, DVD player, and a music system compatible with MP3 players so guests can enjoy their own music. 2 sets of French doors from the stone lamia lead to the outdoor living room under the pergola, the garden and pool areas.

The kitchen is integrated with the living/dining space in the stone lamia and has white stucco counter and shelves offering ample working space and storage, with inset 5-ring gas hob, built in stainless steel gas oven, and refrigerator and freezer. The washing machine is housed in a storage room located under the stairs that lead to the rooftop terrace of the stone lamia.

Towels and linen are included and the property is cleaned once per week as standard. Additional maid service is available on request at an agreed price to be paid locally.

The property is located in a quiet tranquil countryside location between the towns of Ceglie Messapica (5 minutes drive) and Martina Franca (10 minutes). The towns of Ostuni, Cisternino, Locorotondo and Alberobello can each be reached within a 15-20 minute drive, whilst beaches on the Adriatic coast can be found in half an hour.
