The property has two double bedrooms, both with exposed stone walls and cone, wooden beams, large display niches, radiator and door opening to the garden. Each bedroom also has its own en-suite shower room.

Bathrooms

Two bathrooms (en-suite to each bedroom), each with a shower, WC, bidet and porcelain sink on a stone plinth. Both bathrooms also have an exposed stone wall, stone floor tiling and window.

Living Room

The comfortable living room has sofas, table and chairs, radiator, and an archway leading through to the kitchen.

Kitchen

Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven and refrigerator.

Outside

The trulli is entered through a small walled garden and also has its own landscaped garden area, with 5x4 metre swimming pool.

Located in a quiet countryside location, the trulli is just 4km from the popular town of Ostuni and 8km from the Adriatic Sea and the beautiful beaches of the Brindisi coastline.

Cleaning & Linen

Towels and linen are included and the property is cleaned once per week as standard. Additional maid service is available on request at an agreed price to be paid locally.
