basin with power for electric shavers/hairdryer. |

A spacious room with good
seating area, dining table for 6 + persons, television, DVD and CD Hi Fi. A
wood burner for the cooler winter nights which also provides effective
central heating. |

Kitchen |
Completely refitted in
April 2007 it provides a good selection of storage cupboards and worktops.
It has a gas hob, electric oven, integrated fridge and dishwasher. |

Outside |
Located off a quiet lane
the property has almost two acres of south facing land with an abundance of
seasonal flowers and fruits, over 70 trees including olives, walnuts,
almonds, cherry, fig, lemons and pomegranate and a few more….
To the east and west of
the Trulli are some very fine pine tree’s, wonderfully aromatic and where
you can choose to relax in the shade or lie in the hammock.
The garden is well fenced
and has a secure electric gate providing privacy and security. It has
comprehensive outdoor lighting for the evenings and a small traditional BBQ.
A terrace surrounds the
Trulli complete with a pergola, outdoor seating and tables. |

Distances
|
The Baroque town of
Martina Franca and its numerous restaurants and outdoor spectaculars are
some 5 km away. More local restaurants can be found within 1 km.
Ostuni – the Ancient
‘White City’ and Alberobello the Trulli town are both approximately 20
minutes drive away.
The Adriatic coast is
about 25minutes and is a very pleasant drive through the Olive Groves.
The two International
Airports Bari and Brindisi are approximately an hour’s drive respectively. |

Cleaning & Linen |
Towels and linen are
included and the property is cleaned once per week as standard. Additional
maid service is available on request at an agreed price to be paid locally. |

Booking Notes
A deposit of 30% of the
total holiday cost is payable within 2 weeks of booking being made, the
remaining 70% to be paid at least 14 days prior to holiday commencement. Payment
to be made to our UK bank account. If booking is made 14 days or less from
holiday date the full holiday cost is payable immediately.
