Bedrooms	Master bedroom with large double bed and French doors opening to the swimming pool terrace. Second bedroom has twin beds, which can be made into a large double if required, and again has French doors leading to the pool terrace. The third bedroom has a single bed, with an additional pullout bed underneath if required. A cot and highchair are also provided if required.
Bathrooms	Each bedroom benefits from its own en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Living Rooms	Lounge area with double leather sofa bed, chairs and further sofa, television and DVD player. From the lounge an arched entrance leads into the kitchen/dining room.
Kitchen	Large well-equipped kitchen/dining room with double oven, hob, fridge/freezer, traditional pizza oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dining table and chairs for 8 people. Exposed stone barrel-vaulted ceiling. French doors at one end of the kitchen lead out on to the side terrace under the vine-covered pergola, whilst French doors at the other end lead to the swimming pool terrace.
Cleaning & Linen	Towels and linen are provided and are changed weekly. The property is cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. Additional maid service can be arranged on request, at an agreed price to be paid locally.
Outside	The property is surrounded by 4 acres of olive groves and woodland tracks to explore, whilst the landscape is dotted with plum, pear, apple, lemon, orange and fig trees. Terrace areas encircle the trulli and lead to the 12.5 x 5metre swimming pool. At one end the pool has the special feature of incorporating a circular children’s pool/dipping pool of just 0.6metre in depth, with gently shelving steps. (A selection of pool inflatables for children is made available). A shaded patio area has a table for 8 with chairs and a barbeque.
Distances	The property is located in a quiet country lane just approximately 5km from the ‘gastronomic town’ of Ceglie Messapica, famous locally for its excellent selection of restaurants and pizzerias. The ‘white city’ of Ostuni is just 12km away, whilst the Adriatic coast with its many fine beaches is less than a 20km drive from the trulli. A local restaurant can be found within a 30minute walk from the property.

Booking Notes

A deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is payable within 2 weeks of booking being made, the remaining 70% to be paid at least 28 days prior to holiday commencement.

If booking is made 28 days or less from holiday date the full holiday cost is payable immediately.

Electricity to the value of €50 is included in the above prices. Consumption over this amount is charged according to a meter reading at €0.35 per unit – payable locally to the caretaker on departure.

Prices include gas with the exception of winter months, ie 15/01/2009 to 28/03/2009 and 03/10/2009 to 17/04/2010 when gas central heating is metered.

Damage Deposit

A cash security deposit of 450 Euro is payable on arrival at the property. This deposit will be returned to you in full at the end of your holiday assuming no damages have occurred.

Changeover day

Saturday preferred, however flexible changeover days subject to availability.
