The main bedroom has a feature stone vaulted ceiling and French doors opening to the front and leading to the external seating area and plunge pool. The second bedroom has twin beds and a door opening to the external kitchen/dining area.  Third bedroom with comfortable built-in double sofabed and en-suite bathroom.

Main bathroom with small sunken mosaic tiled bath with shower over and glass shower screen, 'his and hers' twin wash basins set on a thick marble plinth with storage cupboards beneath, wc and bidet. Mosaic tiled floor.  Steps lead down from bedroom 3 to an en-suite with shower, wash basin, wc and bidet.

Living/dining area with leather 2-seater sofa and dining table to seat 6 people. TV & DVD player. Bi-fold doors separate this room from bedroom 3 and if not required this bedroom can be utilised as extended living space with the bed converted to a sofa.

Fitted kitchen with ample storage space, built-in electric oven with gas hob over, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and marble breakfast bar with stools.

Linen and towels (1 hand, 1 bath, 1 pool towel per person) are provided and are changed on a weekly basis. The property is also cleaned on a weekly basis. Additional cleaning can be arranged if required by prior agreement and payable locally.

The trullo is located just 30 minutes from the Adriatic coast, whilst the Ionian coast is just a little further at 45 minutes. This gives easy access to some of the best beaches in Italy. It is no secret that most Northern Italians head to Puglia for their Summer vacation for this very reason!  The popular towns of Cisternino, Ostuni, Martina Franca and Ceglie Messapica can each easily be reached within a 15 minute drive from the trullo, making it an ideal base from which to explore the regions most popular towns. The nearest local shop is just a 2 minute drive from the property and is ideal for picking-up daily essentials. The airport at Brindisi is approximately a 40 minute drive, whilst Bari is approximately 70 minutes.
