There are 2 living rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, both offering comfortable seating areas and beautiful open fireplaces. A separate dining room on the ground floor has doors opening onto the front patio area. 

Kitchen

Fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room with lovely natural stone ceiling and offering all appliances, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer etc, as well as a breakfast table and chairs. 

Outside

The Masseria is surrounded by a landscaped garden with plants, flowers, lawns and centuries-old olive trees and has a large stone pergola giving cover to the dining area beside the 8 x 4m pool.

Standing in approximately five hectares, Masseria Terra Sessana is just a few kilometres from the white city of Ostuni and the most beautiful beaches on the Brindisi coastline.
The property takes its name from the area in which it is located, Contrada Sessana, whose name, in turn, derives from the Latin sanus (healthy) giving the idea of a healthy life in harmony with nature.

Cleaning & Linen

Towels and linen are included and the property is cleaned once per week as standard. Additional maid service is available on request at an agreed price to be paid locally.
