There are four bedrooms, two with double beds and two which can be configured as double or twin bedrooms. As well as all being accessed from within the property, each bedroom has its own door opening to the garden. Each bedroom also benefits from its own shower room.

Each of the four shower rooms have a shower, wash basin, WC, bidet and heated towel rail. The en-suite to the main bedroom also has a wardrobe area with hanging rail and drawers.

The living room has 8 metres of French windows providing lots of light and a lovely view across the pool and the surrounding grounds. 3 seater and 2 seater leather sofas, coffee table, television, dvd player and Wii computer game console. The dining room is set beneath the high trullo cone and has a wooden dining table and chairs, stereo system and woodburning stove.

Towels and linen are included and the property is cleaned once per week as standard. Additional maid service is available on request at an agreed price to be paid locally.

The trullo stands within over 5 acres of grounds with 150 olive trees and an abundance of fruit and nut trees, and guests are welcome to sample the fruits in season during their stay. The 10 x 5 metre swimming pool is located close to the house and is surrounded by ample terraces for sunloungers etc. The pool has a shallow area for youngsters and paddling. At the front of the trullo is a large patio area with dining table and a nearby outside kitchen with barbeque, pizza oven, sink and food preparation area. There is also a large roof terrace, comfortably furnished and perfect for looking over the grounds and enjoying the sunset.
