Distances

The property is located in the countryside midway between the towns of
Martina Franca (10km) and Ceglie Messapica. The popular towns of
Alberobello, Cisternino, Locorotondo and Ostuni can also each be reached
easily within a 30 minute drive. Beaches on both the Adriatic and the
Ionian seas can be reached in approximately 45 minutes. The airports at
Bari and Brindisi are both approximately a 1 hour drive.

included and the property is cleaned once per week as standard. Additional
maid service is available on request at an agreed price to be paid locally. |

Booking
Notes
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday
cost is payable within 2 weeks of booking being made, the remaining 70% to be
paid at least 14 days prior to holiday commencement. If booking is made 8
weeks
or less from holiday date the full holiday cost is payable immediately.
Changeover Day
Flexible changeover days subject to
availability.
Damage Deposit
A deposit of 250 euros will be
requested against potential damage to the property during your stay. This
deposit will be returned to you in full at the end of your holiday should no
such damages have occurred.
