Bathrooms	With shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and bidet.
Living Room	Nice spacious room furnished in a Moroccan style with four comfortable chairs, table, bench, TV and DVD player.
Kitchen	Large well equipped kitchen/dining room with ample storage cupboards, electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and wooden dining table with 4 chairs. Door leading outside to the front terrace.
Cleaning & Linen	Towels and linen are provided and the price includes cleaning of the property prior to your arrival and after departure. Additional maid service is available on request at an agreed price to be paid locally.
Outside	The trullo is situated on approx. 5000sqm of private land with many fruit and olive trees. It is an oasis of calm and enjoys much privacy. There are several terraces with furniture where you can enjoy the sun or shade, whichever you prefer. The roof terrace provides you with pleasant views over the forest, and the surrounding countryside going towards Martina Franca. The gated driveway provides off road parking for several vehicles.
Distances	The trullo is well located between both the Adriatic and Ionian coastlines, which can both be reached within 45 minutes. The beautiful Baroque city of Martina Franca is just a 10 minute drive, whilst Ostuni, Cisternino, Alberobello and Locorotondo can very easily be reached within half an hour. Brindisi and Bari airport are each just over an hours drive.

A heating supplement of 15 Euro per day is charged during the months heating is required. Times relevant on request.

* Please Note, an additional 50 Euro per week is charged when occupied by 5 people.

 

Booking Notes

A deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is payable within 2 weeks of booking being made, the remaining 70% to be paid at least 14 days prior to holiday commencement. If booking is made 14 days or less from holiday date the full holiday cost is payable immediately. Payment to be made in sterling to our UK bank account.
