The en-suite bathroom has a shower, wash basin with mirrored wall cabinet over, and a WC. A further bathroom, adjacent to the property and with separate external entrance door, offers a bath with shower attachment over, wash basin, bidet and WC.

With double sofabed, television, radiator, glazed display cabinet, display niche, and separate doors to both bedrooms.

Set beneath a trullo cone, with storage cupboards and drawers, gas cooker, and fridge/freezer. Note that the kitchen is attached to the main property but has a separate external entrance door.

Towels and linen are included and the property is cleaned once per week as standard. Additional maid service is available on request at an agreed price to be paid locally.

The property is situated in the Valle d’Itria and is conveniently located just 5km from the delightful town of Martina Franca, whilst other popular towns such as Alberobello, Ostuni, Cisternino, Locorotondo and Ceglie Messapica can each be easily reached within a 20 minute drive. Beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast are just very slightly further, whilst the airports at Bari and Brindisi are each accessible within an hours drive.
