The trulli has two bathrooms, one serving the main bedroom and the
other en-suite to the second bedroom. Both have a shower, WC and
wash basin with mirror over.
Living Rooms
With 3 seater sofabed and 2 seater sofa, corner open fireplace,
large widescreen plasma television with Sky connection offering some
English channels, range of matching wooden furniture including
television cabinet, desk and chair, sideboard and glass coffee
tables, 2 radiators, window overlooking the patio area, doors to
main bedroom, bathroom and inner hallway.
Kitchen
Well equipped kitchen/dining room with granite worktops with storage
cupboards above and below, inset gas hob with electric oven beneath
and extractor hood over, microwave oven/grill, coffee maker,
toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer. Dining table and chairs, 2
radiators, vaulted ceiling, door opening to patio area.
Inner Hallway
Large internal hallway with 3 seater sofabed, open fireplace,
exposed stone walls and three trulli cones, arched stone seating
niche, door opening to patio area, doors to 2nd bedroom
and kitchen/dining room.
Cleaning & Linen
Towels and linen are provided and the property is cleaned once per
week as standard. Additional maid service is available on request at
an agreed price to be paid locally.
Outside
The trulli stands within its own large private grounds extending to
over 4 acres, with numerous olive, fruit and nut trees and its own
small vineyard. There is a large sunny paved patio area to the front
of the trulli, plus an area shaded by a grapevine covered pergola,
whilst at the rear a gated staircase rises to the roof terrace,
which has lighting. There is also a shaded external kitchen area
with marble worktop, porcelain sink and a pizza oven.
Distances
Papavero Rosso is located in a quiet country lane, between the towns
of Martina Franca (10 minute drive) and Ceglie Messapica (5 min).
The popular towns of Alberobello, Ostuni, Locorotondo and Cisternino
can each be reached within a 30 minute drive, whilst beaches on both
the Adriatic and Ionian coastlines are just slightly further at
approximately 40 minutes.

Booking Notes
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost
is payable within 2 weeks of booking being made, the remaining 70% to be
paid at least 28 days prior to holiday commencement. If booking is made 28
days or less from holiday date the full holiday cost is payable immediately.
Damage Deposit
Prior to your holiday a deposit
of £100 will be requested against potential damage caused to the property
during your stay. This deposit will be returned to you in full immediately
after your holiday should no such damages have occurred.
