With panoramic views of olive groves and grape vines, the trullo is situated at the end of a short country lane in complete privacy yet just a 5 minute drive from the town of Cisternino. The trullo has a large, well-equipped kitchen, a utility room with washing machine, two double bedrooms with a family bathroom, whilst on the other side of the house is a third bedroom, with en suite shower room. This room has a sofa bed and can be utilised as a lounge area when not required as a third bedroom. The dining room leads from the lounge and has TV/DVD and CD player. To the side of the trullo is an outside kitchen area with bbq and shaded dining area. For lounging outside there are large comfortable sofas beneath a gazebo accessed from the kitchen and third bedroom. At the front of the property there are attractive mature gardens and a 4x4metre splash pool with sunbathing terrace and sunloungers. It is totally secluded so it’s ideal for families with children as well as groups of adults.

Booking notes
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is payable upon confirmation of reservation, the remaining 70% to be paid at least 8 weeks prior to holiday commencement. If booking is made 8 weeks or less from holiday date the full holiday cost is payable immediately.
Damage Deposit
Prior to your holiday a deposit of £300 will be requested against potential damage caused to the property during your stay. This deposit will be returned to you in full immediately after your holiday should no such damages have occurred.
