To the front of the trullo is a shaded patio area which leads to the swimming pool, and adjacent to the swimming pool is an additional shower room. The property is located just 5km from the outskirts of Martina Franca.
| Bedrooms | Master bedroom with double bed and wooden furniture comprising of a large wardrobe with matching chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Twin bedroom with 2 single beds and large wardrobe. Both of these bedrooms are set beneath the natural stone trullo cones and have a window overlooking the open countryside and a radiator. A large basement room provides a very cool room in the Summer and is available as a double or single bedroom, or when this is not required can be used as a games room. (Please note access to this room is via a steep curved staircase). |

| Kitchen | The traditional style ‘muratura’ kitchen is within the living/dining room and has a tiled worktop with inset 4 ring gas hob and inset sink, storage cupboards over and shelving beneath. There is also a fridge and a small ‘table-top’ electric oven. |
| Cleaning & Linen | Towels and linen are included and the property is cleaned once per week as standard. Additional maid service is available on request at an agreed price to be paid locally. |
| Outside | Trullo Sereno occupies a slightly elevated position and therefore has nice open views of the surrounding countryside from all outside areas. To the front of the trullo is a verandah providing a shaded place to relax. The 8.5 x 5 metre swimming pool is surrounded by natural stone terracing with outside furniture. There is a barbeque adjacent to the pool, and also an additional shower room with shower, wash basin and WC. There is also a further outdoor shower (hot and cold). A gravel driveway leads up to the parking area for several vehicles next to the trullo. |
| Distances | The property is located in a peaceful rural location yet is just 5km from the outskirts of the Historical town of Martina Franca. The popular towns of Ostuni, Alberobello, Locorotondo and Cisternino can each be reached within a 30 minute drive, whilst fabulous beaches on both the Adriatic and Ionian coasts can be reached in 40 minutes. The airport at Brindisi is approximately an hours drive, whilst Bari airport is slightly further at approximately 75 minutes drive. |

Booking notes
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is payable within 2 weeks of booking being made, the remaining 70% to be paid at least 28 days prior to holiday commencement. If booking is made 28 days or less from holiday date the full holiday cost is payable immediately.
Prior to your holiday a deposit of 200 Euro will be requested against potential damage caused to the property during your stay. This deposit will be returned to you in full immediately after your holiday should no such damages have occurred.
