Accommodation briefly comprises of a spacious living room and kitchen/dining room, utility room and in total 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 external terraces provide for al fresco dining both in the shade and the sun.

On the first floor is the master bedroom, with balcony allowing views over the pine wood and countryside beyond, and a further large bedroom with 2 bunk beds and also with a balcony. An additional camp bed can be provided if necessary, whilst a cot, travel cot and 2 highchairs are also available. |

Steps from the front terrace lead to the pretty ‘gaea’ (circular terrace previously used for corn threshing). The 2 terraces are ideal for al fresco dining either in the shade or in the sun. Outside dining furniture and barbeque. The 12 x 6 metre swimming pool has a surrounding terrace with sunloungers and this area is fenced and gated for safety. |
| Distances | The villa is located just a 15 minute walk from the popular town of Alberobello, whilst Martina Franca and Locorotondo can be reached within a short 10 minute drive. Just slightly further you will find Cisternino and Ostuni, whilst beaches on the Adriatic and Ionian coastlines can be reached in 30-45 minutes. The property is less than an hours drive from the airports at both Bari and Brindisi. |

Booking notes
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is payable upon confirmation of reservation, the remaining 70% to be paid at least 8 weeks prior to holiday commencement. If booking is made 8 weeks or less from holiday date the full holiday cost is payable immediately.
Damage Deposit
On arrival a deposit of 300 Euro will be requested against potential damage caused to the property during your stay. This deposit will be returned to you in full at the end of your holiday should no such damages have occurred.
