Managing your property

We can offer a wide range of property management services, whether your home is rented out to others or whether you use it as your own personal holiday home, we are here to help.  If a service you require is not listed below then please ask, if we can help we will.  Our services can be tailor made to fit your needs.

• Cleaning of your property – we will arrange for the property to be cleaned prior to you or your guests arrival and after departure.  We can also arrange for an additional maid service during you or your guests stay if required. 
• Laundry service – if you require bed linen, towels etc. to be washed between guests then we can offer this service.
• Handover and Collection of Keys – we will personally greet your guests on arrival and handover the keys and provide our contact details in the event of an emergency/problem. Upon your guests leaving we will collect the keys and make an inspection of the property, check your inventory etc.
• Welcome Pack – if you wish to provide your guests with a welcome pack for their arrival for example wine, water, fresh fruit, milk, bread etc. then we can arrange this to suit your needs.  This can of course also be arranged for your own visits.
• Caretaker Service/Security Checks – to give you peace of mind during the times your property is vacant, we can visit to ensure that everything is in order.   Frequency can be as often as you feel is necessary.   
• Property/Garden Maintenance – if you require any property or garden maintenance then we are happy to arrange for any work to be carried out.  All quotations for work to be carried out will be subject to your approval.

Prices for the above services will be agreed with yourselves and will be based upon the size and location of your property and your own personal requirements.
