Bedrooms	The guest area has two double bedrooms with fitted furniture, one of which is available as a twin room.

Outside	The villa stands within its own olive grove which also includes fruit and nut trees. There are large open porches which provide either sheltered sun trap or welcome shade. There is also a jacuzzi  and a sunny rooftop with splendid vistas. Garage car parking.

Distances	Ostuni, Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica, and Martina Franca - all within about 10km to 20km drive, and further north along the Valle d’Itria are the famous attractions of Locorotondo, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte and many more. The coast is about 15km away, where pretty harbours and sandy inlets provide a variety of seaside opportunities

Booking Notes

A deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is payable within 2 weeks of booking being made, the remaining 70% to be paid at least 14 days prior to holiday commencement.  If booking is made 14 days or less from holiday date the full holiday cost is payable immediately.
