double bed, wardrobes with mirrored doors and bedside tables. The
living room (see below) can be used as a second bedroom. |

There is a shower room on the
first floor with shower, toilet and bidet, whilst the main bathroom
is on the upper floor and has a bath with shower attachment over,
wash basin, toilet and bidet. |

The living room on the upper floor has an
air conditioning unit and a single bed and chest of drawers. This
room can be used as a second bedroom. |
| Kitchen |
The kitchen is of good size
and has a range of wall and floor cupboards, an oven and hob,
fridge/freezer and sink with mixer tap. |
| Cleaning & Linen |
Towels and linen are included
and the property is cleaned once per week as standard. Additional
maid service is available on request at an agreed price. |
| Outside |
The house has a terrace with
table and umbrella, from which you can enjoy the view across the old
rooftops of Cisternino across to the countryside. There is also an
external utility room with a washing machine and sink. |

hilltop between pinewoods and olive groves, and the beautiful
coastline of the Adriatic Sea can be easily reached in just a 20
minute drive. The towns of Ostuni, Alberobello, Martina Franca,
Locorotondo and Fasano can all be reached well within a half an hour
drive. |

The old town of Cisternino has many
restaurants, pizzeria, trattoria, cafes and bars all within easy
walking distance of the house. The old town square with its clock
tower still remains the hub of the town and many festivals and
concerts are held here throughout the summer months. |
