Two of the double bedrooms are in modern lamias built in the traditional local stone, while the third is in a separate studio (with its own kitchenette and seating area). All three double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bath.  The single bedroom is set beneath one of the beautiful natural stone trullo cones.

The main en-suite bathroom has a large bath, with showerhead over, wash basin and WC. Shower rooms (en-suite to the other two double rooms) each with a shower enclosure, wash basin and WC.  The bathroom in the studio is set beneath one of the original trullo cones with shower enclosure, wash basin and WC.

Lounge area with sofa, chairs, television/dvd player, Dining area with dining table positioned to take advantage of the lovely views across the olive groves.

Fully equipped kitchen set under the cones with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer. Iron and ironing board. Stone vaulted ceiling. The separate studio has its own small kitchenette.

Trullo Zita is located in a quiet countryside position yet is just 5km from the ‘gastronomic’ town of Ceglie Messapica and 11km from Ostuni, ‘la citta bianca’. Lovely beaches on the Adriatic coast can be easily reached in a 30 minute drive, as can the towns of Martina Franca and Cisternino, whilst Alberobello is just slightly further. Lecce, known as ‘the Florence of the South’ can be reached in a little over an hours drive. The airport at Brindisi is approximately 45 minutes away from the trullo.

Towels and linen are included and the property is cleaned once per week as standard. Additional maid service is available on request at an agreed price to be paid locally.
