upper patio area, and stone archway leading through to an inner ‘anteroom’
with table. This room provides access to the kitchen, sitting room and
reading room. The sitting room has an open fireplace and wicker chairs,
whilst the reading room also has wicker chairs and a wicker coffee table.
Steps from the reading room lead up to the sun terrace. All of the living
rooms have lovely exposed stone display niches.
Kitchen
Traditional style stone and tiled kitchen with electric oven, gas hob,
refrigerator and double sink with mixer tap. A shelved display niche houses
the crockery and there is also a breakfast table

With large fridge/freezer, ‘Belfast’ style sink,
ironing board and water heater.
Outside
The Masseria is surrounded
by a landscaped garden with plants, flowers, lawns and centuries-old olive
trees and has a large stone pergola giving cover to the dining area beside
the 8 x 4m pool.
Distances
The trullo stands
within its own walled grounds, ensuring a high level of privacy. The
property has electronic gates opening to the driveway, which winds through
the grounds leading you up to the parking area outside of the trullo.
Immediately outside of the property are 2 seating areas on different levels,
one providing full shade beneath a lovely pergola covered in vines, the
other providing full sun and perfect for evening drinks. There is also a
large rooftop sun terrace with lovely views over the walled gardens and
across to the surrounding countryside.
Cleaning & Linen
Towels and linen are included and
the property is cleaned once per week as standard. Additional maid service
is available on request at an agreed price to be paid locally.

A deposit of 30% of the
total holiday cost is payable within 2 weeks of booking being made, the
remaining 70% to be paid at least 14 days prior to holiday commencement. If

payable immediately.
