The main bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe cupboard and a window giving an outlook over the front garden, whilst the second bedroom has two single beds, an open fireplace and doors opening onto the patio area.

The trulli has two bathrooms, one with a bath with shower over, wash basin and wc and with a natural stone vaulted ceiling, whilst the other has a shower cubicle, wash basin, bidet, wc and a washing machine.

With an electric cooker, Belfast style sink, original pizza oven, ample storage shelving and a door leading out onto the patio area.

Trulli Floriana is situated within its own enclosed grounds amounting to approximately 4500 sqm and backing onto open countryside. There are several seating areas including a large patio area with garden furniture, which can be accessed from the living room, kitchen and 2^nd bedroom. The gardens to the rear are arranged on terraces and have an abundance of  fruit and olive trees. Guests are welcome to sample the fruits in season during their stay. There is also an outside wood oven,  barbeque,  and an external room with wc and wash basin. A driveway provides parking for several vehicles.

The trulli is well located in a peaceful country position yet just 6km from the historical town of Ceglie Messapica. The stunning hilltop town of Ostuni is just 11km distant, as is Francavilla Fontana, whilst the coastline of the Adriatic Sea is less than 20km away. The airport at Brindisi is just a 30 minute drive, and the property is also situated close by to a bus route.
