A deposit of 30% is payable to reserve the property with the balance being payable at least a minimum of 2 weeks prior to arrival. Those booking less than 2 weeks before their arrival must pay the total amount at the time of booking. Payment may be made in sterling by bank transfer into our UK bank account.
