Puglia do not sell properties and we do not charge an introduction fee for this
service. If you do purchase one of the properties you will pay the standard
estate agency fee (3% subject to a minimum of 1,500) to the agent only.
Included in the agents fee is a translation of the deeds from Italian to English
if required (this is a legal requirement if you are not fluent in Italian). We
can also advise on the cost of Notary fees once a property has been found.
