The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside cabinets with side lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe niche, arched display niches, portable television with dvd player, original stone floor, exposed stone wall and exposed stone vaulted ceiling. The third bedroom is an alcove bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and expose stone archway.

Bathrooms

The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin, bidet, WC and heated towel rail. The en-suite to the master bedroom has a shower, wash basin, bidet, WC, glazed display cabinet and heated towel rail.

Living Rooms

Living room with sofa and chairs, coffee table, television, dvd player with large selection of dvds, cast iron wood burning stove, glazed display cabinets, door to the master bedroom and double doors opening to the front.The dining room has a dining table and chairs to seat 8 people, sofa, chairs, glazed display cabinet with matching sideboard.

Kitchen

Very well equipped kitchen with tiled worksurfaces, electric oven with halogen hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and electric kettle.(Please note a separate external Utility Room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer)

Studio Apartment

Also available (at additional cost) is a detached fully self-contained studio apartment adjacent to the main property. The apartment has a living room/bedroom with double bed, double sofa bed, 2 wardrobes, dining table with 4 chairs, coffee table, display cabinets and a portable cd player. A doorway leads to the very well equipped kitchenette with fridge with freezer compartment, porcelain sink, electric kettle, electric 2-ring ceramic hob and small electric convection oven. A shower room provides a large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, wash basin, bidet, WC and heated towel rail.

Cleaning & Linen

Towels and linen are included and the property is cleaned once per week as standard. Additional maid service is available on request at an agreed price to be paid locally.

Outside

Casa Giancone stands within its own fully enclosed grounds of approximately 20,000sqm, with an abundance of fruit and nuts trees. A special feature of the property is the fabulous 12x6 metre mosaic tiled swimming pool set in a very private position. The pool is surrounded by a stone pavement and to one end is a wooden pergola to provide shade from the sun, with a palm tree to either side. There is also a large patio area to the front of the trullo with barbeque and garden furniture. To the rear of the property is a lovely pine tree lined walkway which takes you around the rear of the grounds.

Distances

The property is located between the Historical towns of Martina Franca (5 minutes) and Ceglie Messapica (10 minutes). The popular towns of Ostuni, Alberobello, Locorotondo and Cisternino can each be reached within a 30 minute drive, whilst fabulous beaches on both the Adriatic and Ionian coasts can be reached in 40 minutes. The airport at Brindisi is approximately 45 minutes away, whilst Bari airport is slightly further at approximately an hour
