Bedrooms	The light and airy double bedroom has a double bed with bedside cabinets, wardrobe, washbasin, toilet cubicle and a walk-in shower cubicle. The bedroom also has double doors, which open to the viewing balcony, and a lovely star-vaulted ceiling

Cleaning & Linen	Towels and linen are included and the property is cleaned once per week as standard. Additional maid service is available on request at an agreed price to be paid locally
Outside	The apartment benefits from access to a roof terrace with views over the rooftops of Martina Franca and across to the surrounding countryside. The roof terrace, while accessible to other residents, is rarely used and is a perfect suntrap with a good deal of privacy.
Further Details	The airports at both Brindisi and Bari airport can be reached within approximately a 45 minute drive. Please visit Ryanair and British Airways websites for cheap flight availability to these airports.
Distances	Conveniently located in the oldest quarter of the beautiful historical town centre (Centro Storico) of Martina Franca, and perfect for exploring its narrow streets, historic buildings and piazzas. There are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and pizzeria within a few minutes walk, and the property is perfectly situated for visitors to the world famous ‘Festival della Valle d’Itria’. An hour from Bari or Brindisi by car, free parking can be found outside of the walls of the historic centre, within easy walking distance.

Booking Notes

A deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is payable within 2 weeks of booking being made, the remaining 70% to be paid at least 14 days prior to holiday commencement. If booking is made 14 days or less from holiday date the full holiday cost is payable immediately.
